Portadown Heritage Tours has received a £250,000.00 grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund for an exciting new project, Project Arch (Assessible Resilient Community Heritage).  The project is a community heritage based cultural tourism programme.  The aim is to make the heritage of Portadown more accessible and understood, the project promoter more resilient and ready to seize new opportunities and also engage the local communities in the preservation and promotion of the past.

National Lottery funding will help develop Portadown Heritage Tours ability to be a gateway to the Cultural Tourism in both industrial and Orange Heritage in County Armagh.  It is a two-year project which seeks support to build organisational resilience and promote Portadown and County Armagh’s heritage.
